New house, German style, with hot tub, cozy, in New Petropolis, 30 minutes from Gramado. The place has a lot of nature and is safe. The house has a living room with toilet, air conditioning, TV, ecological fireplace and equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, utensils and coffee maker). Alpen Haus is located in one of Nova Petrópolis' most beautiful neighborhoods. The place is perfect to also enjoy all the attractions of Gramado and Vale dos Vinhedos. It's the perfect place for a quiet, romantic weekend of couples, family gatherings and friends. It has a space for fraternization with barbecue, stove, fridge, table and bathroom. We also have a space with a playhouse, a picnic table and an outdoor fireplace. You can still hike through the subdivision and enjoy the beautiful view of the site, or mountain bike, on defined city itineraries.
