The unit is strategically situated right on the beach. Beautiful 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms en-suite and 4th bedroom with a separate bathroom), living room with uninterrupted sea views, lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.
Well maintained garden leads directly onto the beach. Margate’s CBD, main beach, restaurants and fishing pier is about 10 minutes’ walk.
A gas braai is on the enclosed balcony of the apartment next to an 8 seater dinner table.
Dolphins and wales are regularly seen.

The space
The kitchen includes a 10 seater kitchen counter, microwave, stove & oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Clothesline is available on the premises.
The apartment is fitted with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and lounge. The lounge has a TV with DSTV. Linen is provided but not towels. Two secure basement parking’s is included. Cleaning services is available on request but not included in the rental.
A fresh water pool and communal braai area is on the premises for your comfort.
Unfortunately no students or matriculates allowed.
