Modern, new, clean and quiet! This 500 sqf studio apartment is an excellent space to rest for travelers or business professionals. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to dine-in. Please review our house rules, including quiet hours before booking. The loft space is for storage only and can not accommodate additional guests or children. Each apartment has a queen bed with maximum occupancy for 2. No pets or animals please. Check-in from 3pm and check-out is 11am.

The space
Quiet, clean and modern studio apartment in a historic building (built in 1909). Located on the Main Street of Hugo. Apartments are located on the second floor with 1 flight of stairs. A great escape off of the road and out of the city with reliable high speed WiFi and the grocery store conveniently located next door.

Guest access
There is very safe public street parking along side the building. Shared stairs and hallway to access the apartments.

Other things to note
As this is a 1909 building, you can imagine there is a lot of updating work to be done!
We are currently doing cosmetic updates to the stairs and hallway. This will not impact your stay and work is only done between 8am and 7pm intermittently. We are working to get the shared entry space looking and feeling as great as the apartments!
