The space
Please note- nearby heart center has put an entry gate for everyone’s safety. Please don’t get confused by the label on that gate. The heart center is closed permanently now. Our home allows maximum of 4 vehicles to be parked.
But the gate is never locked, just closed with a latch. If you are guest at our home- please open the gate and get in.
The outdoor hot tub has a $100 usage charge. Please contact us atleast 2 days before your booking if you want to use the hot tub.
The unique cabin has one in a million views.
Located on the top of a mountain in a forest, you will get a majestic 180-degree view of the valley. Often you can see a beautiful deer who sneaks into our backyard. Please donot unplug the hot tub in winters. Fine us cost of new hot tub, because water will freeze. Only outdoor jacuzzi is provided to guests. Indoor master bath jacuzzi is not provided because it does not works. Bad wifi and cell connection in the valley so we don’t provide wifi as amenity but just as curtsy. The home connects to the freeway through a 2 mile uneven gravel road, and not everyone enjoys driving on such roads that are bumpy. There are scuff marks on a few walls, if they bother you too much, you might not be the right person to book the listing. The mattresses have pull on protectors, feel free to remove them. Daytime is better for first-timers since it can be harder the reach the home if you are driving in the dark. Home is catered to large groups, provides seclusion to your group from the hustle-bustle of cities, offers several seating areas, on-location hiking, and walking distance to the Oak Creek through the forest. The 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths single-level home is family-friendly and kids have a blast exploring nature. Just added a wonderful new pool table that can be converted to a ping pong table. We have a wifi internet connection (not fast because it is a dish and affected by weather) and Netflix on 2 flatscreen TVs. Do want to share movie streaming is much slower than anywhere else. The 2-acre backyard has trails, a propane cylinder gas grill since the home does not have a gas connection, and has seating spaces and a firepit. We have a small electric fireplace inside the home also. I do want to share that the home is centrally heated and cooled and you are free to control the temperature. We donot provide firewood anymore for your safety.
Do note that the 2 mile road to the home is a gravel road and might be very bumpy at places, and advisable to look for the home in the daytime, when you reach here for the first time.
We have some toys for children in the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments and kitchenware. There is some coffee&tea available also. I have a coffee maker and Keurig with a strainer.

The house has skylights all over so you get sunlight from them, that cannot come in at night. Lights from skylights might cause little issues if you are a day-napper. At night you have artificial lamps that you can use. The first aid box is kept in the cupboard above the microwave, which has an extra flashlight keep near it too - and that often gets placed in different places by guests. Tubular Skylights wonderfully keep you in touch with nature.
The phone service does not work well, since it is a forest area. Wifi voice calling through apps works ok. Wifi is kind of ok to use a little, but there will be issues with wifi strength if you want to run movies. Wifi is not part of amenities we provide, just an extra.
A high chair is in the laundry room. We have one cot or kid bed kept in the master bedroom closet, that can be used as an extra bed, or used to lie down on the patio under the vast Sedona night sky and gaze at the sparkling display of stars and the Milky Way on clear nights.
Please note that the home is surrounded by private properties and you cannot trespass on neighbors' lots.
We have stopped providing Firewood— because Sedona fire bans have been very frequent lately, and we as hosts do not want to put anyone at any risk.
The cleaning crew will come back and take care of whatever is needed in case you are not happy.
Internet is bad even though we have the highest possible plan at HughesNet, still, we lose all our data on the first few guest's stays. You need to send me an Airbnb message regarding your cleaning issue with pictures within the first 30 minutes of entry to the home.
Remote location- please try to come in daylight
Please put on Airbnb the exact number of people because amenities will be provided accordingly.
Please get a sleeping mask if you are a late riser because the skylights let in a lot of day light.
Please trash food leftovers, and do not leave personal items behind after checking out. The cleaning crew might trash them, and so the hosts cannot be held responsible for saving the items or shipping them.
You are welcome to bring your own firewood for the fire pit in the backyard. Please check county burn restrictions and completely extinguish the fire after you are done
Please keep directions with you since the area has a bad cell network. You can log into wifi as soon as you reach near our home. The wifi password is curve63paper and guest network password is guestnet. Wifi is not an amenity, just provided as a courtesy.
You are welcome to get refill of propane tanks for grill and fire-pit in case needed, just let us know before getting a refill and send receipts through resolution center, and we will pay right away.
Please keep kids safe on tree house swing & from the outdoor hot tub spa. Fines for breaking the outdoor hot tub, equipment. The outdoor swing set is for kids upto age 10. No teenagers or adults on the swing set please. Charges for damages upto $1500
