In a place dominated by the blue sky and the green landscape we created Patriko, a luxurious villa with a unique view. It is an old traditional mansion whose renovation was completed in 2007 with lots of love and passion from the new owners. In the villa Patriko the traditional way of living meets the luxury and the modern amenities.
Stone walls and arches, wooden doors and ceilings, noble furniture, lights and paintings take you to forgotten worlds. The large swimming pool with the incredible view to the mountain and the sea, and the beautiful, fragrant, colorful garden decorate the fairy scene.
It lies in the picturesque village Kaliviani Kissamou where elements of the Cretan culture remain set up to these days, and you can spend time at the traditional coffee-shops and tavernas. Just a few kilometers away are the renowned Falasarna beach with the endless sand, the exotic Elafonisi, the breathtaking lagoon of Balos and the island of Gramvousa with the Venetian castle.

We stayed here from 20 till 27th of April and the only words to describe Elina's villa are: "ABSOLUTELY PERFERCT". There was a great amount af advantages of the house: it is situated in a very quite and picturesques place (Kaliviani village), the house is well equipped, clean, spacious and bright. I has a yard with pool, which is wonderful for children to play and for parents to have a rest on the sunbeds. All was very comfortable and useful for your stay here and of high quality. Nature which is all around just easily get in your life here and brings you peace and an absolute escape from all your day-to-day problems: fresh wind from the sea (which is near here and can be seen from the yard and terraces), birds, flowers, sun, sky, sheep, all these vews, sounds and smells are very beautiful! and nothing to say say about the hospitality of Elina and her parents!! We were met very kind and warm! A lot of delicious dish were left for us in the fridge, and they also gave us very helpful and useful advice where to go and what to see! So... I will highly recommend you this villa if you go with your family or if you want to spend some time with beloved one. We will come back here for sure!
Super nice stone house with everything you'll need for a good vacation. We can only recommend this house for everybody that would like to know the western part of Crete. Kaliviani is an awesome little village with two nice tavernas. You will have to rent a car though, nearest big supermarket is a ten minute drive. Make sure to visit Falasarna and Balos, two of Cretes greatest beaches close by. Elina wasn't on the island while we where there, but her parents took great care of us. If you chose to visit, please make sure to say hello to Maria who lives arcoss the street. She and our little daughter Elif Sofie fell utterly in love. Thank you and all the best. Jakob and Co.
