This Glampsite is the ultimate luxury camping experience for families! With a large canvas tent, front porch, propane camp stove, fire pit, cot-style bunk bed, picnic table, and even a slide, this site is sure to be a hit with the kids (and kids at heart)!

This campsite is on the property of Airydale Retreat. We are a developing retreat facility that specializes in offering unique, luxury camping experiences to individuals craving outdoor adventure. That being said, you just may run into a fellow adventurer while on the property. You may even make a new friend or two!

We're excited to announce some improvements to amenities for the 2021 glamping season at Airydale! Each site now features potable running water, its own private outdoor shower, a dishwashing area, and electric. We are constantly working on improving restroom facilities. For the time being, well maintained port-a-pots are located on site (with some improved facilities becoming available throughout the 2021 season).

Our "glamping" canvas tent is on a large wooden deck, which provides an abundance of space to enjoy the outdoors. The tent comes furnished with a queen bed (linens & towels provided), a cot-style bunk bed (please bring sleeping bags, pillows, etc), plenty of floor space for sleeping bags, basic camping cookware, and a propane camp stove. Enjoy a cup of fresh campfire peculated coffee each morning, along with the sweet goodies provided by your hosts! A fire ring is in front of the Glampsite for you to enjoy campfires (firewood available).

Please Note: Well behaved pets are welcome, though we do charge a one time cleaning fee of $30 (payable at check-in).

Airydale Retreat is located in Airydale Pennsylvania, which is a small village in the southern end of "Big Valley". We are home to cows... a TON of them. While we're pretty big on agriculture, we're also just pretty big on culture in general. Big Valley is home to a large population of Amish folks. While you're in the area be sure to stop by one of their produce or bake stands. You won't regret it!
We're also super close to Raystown Lake where you can boat, fish, hike, water ski, etc. There are also acres and acres of State Parks and State Forests in the immediate vicinity for you to explore. We're confident you'll be able to embrace your inner wild and escape to nature, then return to Airydale for s'mores and relaxing around the campfire.
