Host provided good and accurate information. Condo was within a gated complex. Overall good experience. Good location, wifi, AC, and resource at dive shop on property. Cons: Grounds could use some attention, pool was nice but the pool deck was littered with iguana feces. This was never cleaned up in the 2 weeks we were there.
The description of the apartment was accurate. It suited our needs very well, with basic cooking facilities, balcony and pool. The area was clean and peaceful.
Alberto was in communication with us through email.
The town is a pleasant 20 minute walk, where you can find restaurants to suit a variety of budgets.
Bonaire is a peaceful relaxing island. Hope we can return soon.
Great location! A comfortable and clean apartment located next to a snorkle/diveshop which was an added bonus. Loved the view from the balconey and it was quiet. The hosts were responsive and communication was friendly and informative. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
Excellent apartment, vey good location and views.
Quiet, good internet connection, parking.
My stay at Caribbean Court was very enjoyable. The top floor corner apartment looks the same as in the photos and was very clean. There’s only one connected wall and I was unable to hear any noise from the apartment next door.
The front windows and deck face a pretty waterway and allow for a breeze to flow through so that use of the air conditioning was rarely needed. When I did turn on the AC it quickly cooled the room in a few minutes. This unit has high quality screens on the windows and door. If you are careful about keeping the screens properly closed you can keep mosquitos out which can't be said for many rentals on the island.
The brand new pool area is a nice addition to this older complex. I’ve stayed in multiple units at Caribbean Court and recommend it as a good value when in Bonaire. It’s a short drive to groceries and all the restaurants in town. There are also several options that are easy to walk to.
The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. This is a casual beach style unit. I'm giving it a 5 star rating because everything was exactly as advertised.
Great experience. Apartment is clean, comfortable, well decorated and in central location.
Alberto provided nice instructions and tips before we arrived and everything went smoothly.
A great advantage to staying here was the ability to prepare many of our own meals. Would highly recommend for others travelling to Bonaire.
I had the best summer of my life in Bonaire and in this adorable apartment. I am a teacher in New York City and two months in this canal side condo was the perfect medicine for an urban refugee. Having stayed in Bonaire for 8 weeks, I established that I was in one of the best apartments and locations in Kralendijk. The apartment has a near constant cross breeze overlooking a canal which means I did not have to use air conditioning all summer except for when I had a guest come in for a few days who stayed in the upstairs loft. He needed the aircon on for about 30 mins at bedtime and that was it. Being in the path of a breeze also meant few mosquitoes compared to anywhere else on the island. The apartment is easy biking distance from grocery stores, island bar, restaurant and dive hangouts and I felt no need for a car except for excursions to the National Park. I was traveling on my own and met many folks next door at The Plaza and then later at Sea Turtle Conservation Bonaire where I was a volunteer for the duration of my stay. This is a great apartment if you are traveling solo or with a family. Alberto was a fantastic landlord sending me the keys via mail before I arrive and checking in with me via email while I was in the apartment. If you are looking to get away from the “booze cruise” feel of other islands Bonaire has a lot to offer in terms of ecology, diving and healthy living. Of course if you do want a late night, I recommend Havana’s Cigar Bar where you can hang with island locals till the break of dawn. I’ve spotted sea turtles from the apartment balcony and loved watching planes land in the distance at the airport; it was truly divine. This is a very special place indeed and if I go back to Bonaire I will stay here again.
