This is a spacious apartment in New city 2 ,Piliyandala ,Colombo.next to Korean centre building and basket ball court.This is a private unit, very peacefull and calm .It has a large bed room with king size bed ( 72*78) and another extra double bed is available at common area .4 belconies are open to outside .Hot water shower,Television,rice cooker,kettle,Gas cooker ,cooking pots ,pans,Iron table ,iron,cups ,plates,spoons,knife and refrigirator are available. 10minutes to University of Moratuwa ,15 minutes to Colombo city airport,Galle road, Ratmalana and 20minutes to beautiful beach Mount Lavinia,Air force museum Ratmalana,wetland park Atyidiya,Bellanvila park,Attyidiya Bird sanctuary . You can reach National Zoo in Dehiwela with in 30 minutes. can arrange tuk tuk ,pick me or uber taxi for travelling purposes. Checking and checkout times are flexible. During your stay i am ready to assist you as far as possible . I WILL GIVE YOU A FREE DROP TO MT.LAVINIA BEACH FROM THE APARTMENT BY MY CAR ( One time offer)for Guest who are staying more than 5 days....Have a plesent stay at my property.
