Nestled on a private acre in the Chugach forest, this newly built 400-square-foot tiny home offers a quiet and comfortable base for your Alaskan getaway. The private setting makes this an ideal retreat for couples or solo travelers looking to recharge. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Seward, you’ll have easy access to restaurants, harbor tours, and outdoor adventures, while still enjoying the quiet privacy of your own space in the forest.

The space
This gorgeous and private tiny house has all the amenities of a full size home in a compact and quaint package. The bedroom includes a queen size memory foam bed, cozy comforter, and high quality 700 thread count luxury bedding. The beautifully appointed modern kitchen comes stocked with all the cookware you need and features a full size refrigerator, induction cook top, a full size stainless sink, and plenty of counter top and storage space. The Keurig coffee maker comes stocked with a variety of coffees to enjoy while taking in an Alaskan morning, whether you enjoy it from the cozy corner dining table in front of the 8' tall windows, or from a seat out on the custom built deck while taking in the morning air. You won't have to worry about running to a laundromat during your stay at your home away from home, as this tiny house also features a full size HE washer and dryer with detergent pods stocked for your use. The deck features a full size propane grill with tools so you can cookout outdoors, or if you prefer a more rustic experience, you can enjoy the outdoor firepit for roasting hot dogs and s'mores!

Neighborhood highlights

The tiny house is located just 5 minutes outside of the Seward city limits. We are in close proximity to one of the town’s favorite (secret) fishing locations!

We are just a 10 minute drive to many of Seward’s favorite attractions including the Alaska SeaLife Center and Exit Glacier. And just 5 minutes from downtown shops and restaurants, and the small boat harbor.

In our friendly neighborhood, you’ll often see families riding bikes and walking dogs in the evening as Alaskans love to take full advantage of the midnight sun!
