This is the most charming tiny studio cottage with separate entrance, and a private brick patio in a family friendly neighborhood in the Sunny Hills area of Fullerton, and is a short drive to great restaurants, and lots of activities including Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Tucked away at the back of our home, affording guests ample privacy, and easy parking for one car on the driveway. Please note our place is tiny just as we advertise it as.

The space
Our newly-renovated, tiny guest suite is around a 120 sqft. It includes a comfortable day bed that has a trundle so it can be easily converted into a king size bed. The beds have good quality mattresses from Revive as well as hotel quality bedding. The place is packed with farm house charm and modern style. No kitchen but the room is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker as well as a BBQ on the private patio. It offers complete privacy with it's very own patio. The small bathroom includes a shower (no tub) and a supply of high quality toiletries and towels for your use. If you are staying longer than 3 days, we will provide fresh towels and linens for you upon request. Our place is best suited for up to two people, and it’s not suited for children!
Our house is located in more of a suburb part of Fullerton so you may have the luck to see some racoons, skunks or opossums every now and then. We love organic fresh eggs so we do have some chickens in the very back of our yard so you may hear them sometime.
We're located just a few minutes from Downtown Fullerton and a 10-15 minute drive to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and Knott's Berry Farm. We are only 15 miles from Huntington beach, 18 miles from Newport, and 25 miles from Laguna beach and Downtown Los Angeles is 21 miles away. We are also close to Cal State Fullerton, the Honda center and the Angels Stadium. We are only a few miles away from St. Jude Hospital. If you like outdoors there is a popular bike trail near by where you can enjoy a nice walk or morning run as you wish.
Guests have full private access, and keyless entry to the guest suite and can come and go as they please. There are some stairs you'll need to use to get to the room and uneven pavement so if you have knee problems or other type of physical limitations, our place might not be the best option for you. Please use stairs and walk on uneven pavement carefully and always watch your step.
Please note, no party's, and overnight guests. No smoking or doing any type of drugs including marijuana. Thank You:)
