Our AirBnB is a family project. Please use our things gently.

Cell service is available, AT&T seems to have the best coverage in the area. Roku TV, WiFi and a charging station are provided. Bring your devices and connection cords (HDMI, USB, Ethernet, component, game consoles, etc), or connect to the TV via Bluetooth. Roku TV instructions are in the printed Guidebook.

The internet connection is fast and should handle multiple devices streaming HD videos at the same time (49.4 Mpbs download; 10.3 Mpbs upload).

A few favorite features of the Cedar Waxwing Cabin are the spacious balcony, outdoor hot tub, views of the large private yard and forest, watching birds and wildlife, and cleanliness.

The hot tub is drained and sanitized after every check-out.

Keyless entry will help you come and go with worry-free ease.

Natural light fills the house as long as the sun shines.

Each room is individually temperature controlled with an A/C window unit, baseboard heating, and ceiling fan.

You'll find the Kitchen complete with appliances, wares, amenities and essentials, cleaning supplies, plenty of counter space, and cabinets luring you to peek into each one. City water is on tap. A coffee drip pot, Maxwell House coffee, sugar and creamer are provided.

The dinner table is usually set-up for 4, but seats 6 - the leaf insert can be found tucked in a closet.

Laundry is available if you need it: washer and dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, an iron, and a rod for hanging delicates to dry, and an ironing board.

In the living room, get cozy on the pillow back sofa and loveseat. Play a board game, watch TV, laugh with friends, or snooze. You'll find a few games and books as you look around.

The console table is your spot to take care of a little work or planning. There, you'll find the usb charging station, area things-to-do, and our Guest Book. Read through the Guest Book to see what previous guests recommend in the area, then leave a note for us to adore and future guests to enjoy.

Down the hall, you'll find closets with bath linens, a hamper, emergency items, and other useful odds and ends. Feel welcome to look inside every door that opens.

In both bathrooms, we've provided the essentials, including complimentary hairdryer, make-up removers, shampoo, body wash, moisturizer, lint roller, and hand soap.

Each bedroom is furnished and has a walk-in closet, pillows, bed linens, and a plush blanket set aside for a little extra snuggle in your cozy. All used bedding is laundered after check-out (do not reshelve used blankets).

A king room with a private bath, a double-bed room, and a day bed twin-trundle room (1 twin is tucked under the other).

Bring your camp chairs, yard games, binoculars, and enjoy the spacious private yards. We've provided a stone campfire ring, roasting sticks, and a park-style grill. Buy firewood locally or from us.

The Ceder Waxwing Cabin is named after the bird. The bird is sleek with hues of brown and gray, a black mask and accents of yellow and red. Watch for them year-round in the tree tops surrounding the cabin.

*Do Not enter the attic or the basement - they are unfinished areas.
