The space
It is a 3-hectare complex fully fenced and illuminated. In some parts with bars in others with walls making it 100% private and exclusive for the guest(s).

Upon entering we find
-A large parking lot (for approximately 20 cars), which is totally free for guests

-A fully equipped barbecue area with 2 grills, an industrial oven, a residential oven, 4 burners, 1 2-door refrigerator and all the necessary utensils

-A natural grass soccer field. (40 x 20 meters) with lighting in case you want to use it at night

-A 12 x 5 meter pool with chairs and lounge chairs for sunbathing in the pool area

-A gallery with tables and chairs. Also a 49-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix

-Basketball and volleyball court. Depending on the preferences of the guest, we leave the court with the net to use it as a Volleyball court or without the net to use it as a Basketball Court

-Playground for young children with several slides, seesaws, and hammocks

-Space with bars to practice calisthenics

-Tree house for the little ones in the playground

-Several rest areas with benches or hammocks under the trees

-Fireplace for very cold days

-In terms of security, the place is equipped with security cameras at various points and a theft alarm system with patrol response

-In the main room we have a Queen Size Bed and the option of putting a cot or single bed in case the guest requires it.

-In the 2nd room we have a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. The room has an en-suite bathroom.
