The space
Casa Bebe is a beautifully designed 2-bedroom condo sitting inside Quivira Los Cabos — located in Cabo San Lucas, one of Baja’s most exclusive resort communities — with a private expanded ocean-view patio, a splash pool, and access to world-class amenities. It’s the kind of place where you can go play in downtown Cabo for the day, then come back to peaceful resort living.

The patio is the heart of the place. Slide open the expansive glass doors and you’re in a pergola-covered outdoor living room facing the Pacific. Dangle your feet in the cool splash pool from the hammock chairs, feel the ocean breeze, and for the early risers watch the sunrise with a toasty coffee. From December through April, it’s not unusual to spot whales from right here.

An electric golf cart is yours to use throughout the resort — cruise to the clubhouse, golf course, or Pueblo Bonito hotels at your leisure (note: Quivira Golf Club requires their own rental carts on course).

Inside, the ground-floor space means no elevators, no stairs — just walk straight in and out. The 11-foot ceilings make the open floor plan feel airy and spacious, and the design blends modern comfort with traditional Mexican warmth. The master bedroom features a statement hacienda king bed. Six-zone Sonos throughout, a 75” TV with surround sound in the living room, Smart TVs in every room, mood lighting, and fast WiFi round things out.
Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or let our on-call private chef prepare authentic Mexican cuisine in your home — often better value than dining out. After a day in the sun, a professional massage therapist can set up right in the unit for an in-home spa experience.

A note on location: Quivira sits on the peaceful Pacific-facing tip of Cabo San Lucas — quieter and more serene than the marina area. Downtown Cabo is about a 15-minute drive when you’re ready for it. Many guests love this balance; if you prefer to be steps from the Cabo nightlife, this may not be the best fit.

Resort access included: Casa Bebe sits within the Copala residential community inside Quivira Los Cabos. As our guest you have full access to all Copala pools, the clubhouse gym, private theater, and the clubhouse day bar. A resort shuttle connects you to everything else on the property — the $5 per trip fare is on us, just tell the driver you’re a Copala guest.

At the two Pueblo Bonito hotels on site — Pueblo Bonito Sunset and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica — guests can dine at their restaurants, book treatments at the world-renowned Armonia spas, use the tennis and pickleball courts, and more. And don’t miss the Quivira Steakhouse, perched right on the beach at the golf club — one of the best tables in Cabo.

We are inside the Quivira/Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort Area. This is a large area with over 1,800 acres of open space and includes the 5-star resorts of Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach, the soon to come St. Regis, plus a few private residential developments which we are amongst. Also a world class golf course, and 3 miles of pristine beaches on the Pacific Ocean, 2 fabulous Armonia spas, many restaurants and many many pools. Our development is Copala which consists of condos and villas, all with Pacific Ocean views. The whole Quivira area is secure and gated, allowing access exclusively to those residing or staying in the resorts.
