Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Custom designed 4500 sq. foot, river house (built in 2016) located directly on the banks of the Mississippi River providing beautiful sunrises and sunsets with routine eagle sightings. You can see the river from every room in this house!
As we are a riverfront property, we have docking available for 30$/day.

The space
Home has 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds and one king (adjustable bed). First floor has master bedroom with walk-in shower and jetted tub, dinning room, living room, powder room, laundry and kitchen connected to outside covered veranda with BBQ. Second floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath, 3 season porch, game room with pool table and dart board and complete kitchen. Outside amenities include a huge deck on the river bank surrounded by oak trees, a large sheltered fire pit and a river view.

House design features include a floating staircase, live edge cherry dining room table and shelves, stained cement floors, stone columns and 3 fire places.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the entire home. There is also extra parking as needed across the street.

Guests are not allowed to park their boat on the seawall. Contact homeowner for additional details.

The host, Todd, has been enjoying the Mississippi River since a young boy with his family and is passionate about sharing his 45 years of experience on the river. He designed the house and waterfront to maximize the enjoyment of the river. Todd is an avid boater, biker, skier and explorer of the surrounding areas and can facilitate activities for his guests as well. Contact him with any questions regarding your stay.
