Apartment is situated in Martinski, small village near Labin. Nestled in the middle of luscious vineyards and numerous bike and horseback riding trails, it is ideal place for gateway for nature, wine and animal lovers. It can be starting point for exploring nearby little towns in this part of Istria (by foot, on bikes and electric bike rentable at site ). You can rest in big garden, take a walk around property (through fields, vineyards and woods) or ride a horse Trojan at our little ranch.

The space
You can enjoy privacy of whole apartment and big infield far from crowded places nearby. It is equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay up to 5 people.

OUR PETS
On the ranch we currently have one horse (Troyan), three goats , three sheeps,roosters and chickens, ducks, rabbits, and dogs Asi and Lusi (female).
During the stay at our ranch, our small visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the natural cycles, will get acquainted with, learn about and have fun with our animals and, according to their wishes, we will include them in the daily rhythm of our animals.

HORSEBACK RIDING AND WAKLS WITH HORSES
Horse rides are one of the main attractions of our ranch. For beginners we offer various activities aiming to get acquainted with horses including guided walksin the corral. For experienced riders we offerindividual riding in the surrounding meadows and trails. According to your wishes and interests, we will design and organize longer or shorter tours in the vicinity of our ranch where you can ride a horse or simply enjoy their company while experiencing beautiful Istrian landscapes. Don’t miss this treat!

In spring of 2019, from the center of Zagreb where I was born, raised and lived entire live, I moved to the village of Martnski in Istria with the idea of starting a new life in harmony with nature and myself. Within a year, I was able to get my ranch on its feet and began receiving guests from all continents. Despite all difficulties, I did not regret for a second the move to the countryside. I am trying to live fulfilling and meaningful life and try to help our guests feel equally free and relaxed.

During your stay

We are at disposal for any questions and help during your stay. You can participate in daily rutine with our animals (two goats, sheep and chickens) and ride our horse Trojan.

We have our goat milk and cheese, eggs, which we serve for breakfast as well home made marmelade and bread. Price is 6 euro per person.
Once a week local fisherman come and bring us fresh fish which we can preparefor you on grill.
