Stay in a one of a kind boutique property in the centre of Hull's old town. Lovingly restored with original Georgian panel and decorative details our Townhouse has just undergone a major restoration.

Prince Street is Hull's most photographed street dating back to the 1770's with a pretty row of curved coloured townhouses within earshot of the bells of Trinity Minster

The space
You will stay in a self contained / self check-in apartment on the first floor. You will have your own key and access via a shared entrance hallway.

Featuring original floorboards, designer furniture, four poster bed with Eve mattress and luxury 1200 thread count organic cotton bed linen, carefully curated to give a taste of luxury.

Our property features a kitchen with central island, which leads through to a stunning bathroom with a large shower area.

The property is located in the very centre of Hull's old town and is very close to attractions, shops, local amenities and nightlife.

Guest access
Guests have use of an entire apartment located on the first floor. Private kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with lounge area.

Other things to note
The property is located in a central area of town and with its restored sash windows the sounds of the city can be heard, especially at weekends.

The property has many of it's original 1770's features in place - including original (and sometimes creaky!) floorboards and sash windows. Therefore whilst the interior and fittings are modern and luxurious there are naturally a few bumps, gaps and creaks to be expected from a historic Grade 2 listed building.

Please be aware that the location is very central to Hull's Old Town and does get busy at the weekend! Weekday stays are pleasant and tranquil whilst weekends are set up for a lively night scene. We'd recommend against staying here Friday-Sunday if a peaceful getaway is what you are looking for!
