The space
Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park.
Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot.
Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms:
• The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom.
• The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room.
• The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
Guest access
The house is completely private, and guests have access to all areas. There’s a small home gym equipped with dumbbells, a pull-up bar, resistance bands, a bench, a rowing machine, three yoga mats, and more.
The house also has a small garden full of plants, with two outdoor tables—perfect for relaxing or having a meal outside. Part of the garden can also be used to park one car.
Other things to note
The maximum capacity of the home is 6 guests. In some cases - only for families who might need it - it may be possible to accommodate additional guests upon request.
Guests will have full privacy inside the house. However, the housekeeper or gardener may occasionally need access to the garden for maintenance - especially during the summer to water the plants. Of course, you’ll always be informed in advance.
For more than two guests, the rate increases by €120 per additional person.
There is no extra charge for children under 6 years old.
If needed, we can provide a travel crib, a high chair, and a bedside bassinet that can be placed next to the main bed.
The house is rented under a temporary rental agreement in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act.

Therefore, even though it’s located in one of the capital’s downtown districts, 600 meters from Retiro Park, near the museum area (Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen, etc.), it also has the tranquility of a residential area.
