The space
Two ocean view outdoor entertaining areas, a roof top deck on second floor and a spacious ocean front patio provide the ultimate beach house. 3 formal bedrooms are all with direct ocean view, with its private bath rooms. 1 extra queen bedroom in the finished basement. 2 extra separate sleeping space, one on the first floor living room with foldable sofa bed, another one on the 3rd floor connecting to the 3rd floor bedroom with a single floor mattress. We have 2 extra single floor mattress in the basement that you can set up anywhere you feel comfortable in the house.

Guest access
The whole house, back yard, front yard and private water area for sailing, boating and swimming on the beach.

It is STRICTLY prohibited to walk on and use Neighbors’ Seawall, garden, driveway.

It is NOT allowed to use the ALC private beach for the ALC Association.

(The camera surveillance system is installed on the property outdoor ONLY to ensure the safety of property and guests. )

Other things to note
If your booking starts after May 1st,2024, we will have 1 additional King bedroom with full bath ready , then total we are able to provide our guests 5 bedrooms which includes 2 master suites each with 1 King beds, 3 queen bedrooms.

It is absolutely not allowed to have any party indoor or outdoor around the house. Please keep low/ no noise, and respect the rule of neighborhood.

Shippan Point is the southernmost neighborhood in Stamford, Connecticut, United States, located on a peninsula in Long Island Sound. Street names such as Ocean Drive West and Lighthouse Way reflect the neighborhood's shoreline location. It is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in our country, with about 1100 homes by the water.

Harbor Point, Stamford
Located in Stamford's South End district, Harbor Point is a beautiful waterfront neighborhood along Long Island Sound. In addition to Harbor Point's residential communities, this mixed-use area features restaurants, shops, office space, a boardwalk, several parks, and a variety of marinas. South End features a large historic district, and some of Harbor Point is included. The district, which dates back t0 1868, includes nearly 450 buildings.

Harbor Point is a terrific Stamford neighborhood. It is only about a five-minute walk to the Stamford Transportation Center, one of the city's largest railroad stations. The peninsula borders I-95 along the north side, and the vast and beautiful Kosciuszko Park occupies the southern tip of Harbor Point. This seven-acre, waterfront park includes ball fields, a playground, walking trails, and picnic areas.
