This oasis is the perfect way to unplug from the hustle and bustle of everyday. You’ll find the peace and quiet you need to recharge.

Guest access
Guests should feel free to walk about and enjoy the house and field behind the house. There are stairs that lead down to the river. You may swim at your own risk as there are no lifeguards. The steps can be tricky after high rivers, which happens often- so do pay attention. If the stairs seem unstable - they well may be!

Other things to note
While this property does not have WiFi, cell reception is not a problem. We encourage you to unplug from the day to day and enjoy the natural beauty these surrounds offer. Be sure to catch the barges as they roll down the river day and night.

Crappie
Etc pretty much any southern fresh water fish.
But Spotted bass and Catfish would be the most prevalent right here.

Minnows for flatheads and cut bait for Blue Cats and Channel Cats
All of them will bite stink bait and chicken livers.

Neighborhood highlights

To the left as you face the river is a small vacation cabin. To the right is a large permanent home to a very nice family. The permanent home has pets- a cat and three sweet dogs. Unfortunately the dogs sometimes feel the need to guard their home and will chase your car so please drive slowly!
