A perfect place for a family vacation 4000 sq ft home on seven acres, swimming pool (heated May through September 30th) and hot tub. Pool area has separate bathroom/shower. 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, large kitchen and dining area, great room with pool table, big screen TV with surround sound.

Thirty minutes to downtown Portland, thirty minutes to Yamhill wine country, forty minutes to Multnomah Falls/Columbia Gorge, ninety minutes to Oregon Coast.

The space
Very quiet and tranquil landscaped country setting. Property backs up to the Pudding River providing even more privacy. I have lived here for 29 years and can advise on what to do and where to go regarding wineries, restaurants locally and in the Portland area.
