The place has a gated private parking spot and it is in a very safe area of town. Everything is within walking distance: NextFit gym, two supermarkets (Kaufland and Mega Image), restaurants (La Riviera and many more), pharmacies, and even a tennis court. All of this in 3 minutes walking distance or less. There is a warehouse nearby, but they are generally quiet.
