Tuscan themed 2 BR carriage house on 5 acres 5 min. from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, 15 min. from downtown Roanoke. Open kitchen, LR. 2 BR's, bath with jacuzzi tub/shower & laundry on 2nd level. Front patio and deck offer outstanding mountain and sunset views! Private, quiet and tucked back from the main road. Koi pond visible from 2nd bedroom. Hosts on property in main house for security and convenience. Pets allowed (1 large or 2 small) $25 per pet. Must be housebroken /well behaved

The space
We reside in the main house in front of the carriage house with our dogs and respect your privacy. By being on the property we offer security as well as the ability to tend to any requests you may have. We would be happy to meet with you if you desire. The house is located 5 minutes from everything yet tucked privately on 5 acres. Our neighbor is a farm so very quiet and peaceful. Modern touches but the old world feel.

Avid animal lover, enjoy hiking, gardening, yoga and going to the gym. We enjoy chatting with guests but respect privacy. Husband enjoys reading, working with his hands and anything technical. Our dogs just love to bark, play and run.
