This house features a large open kitchen with island counter bar, breakfast eating area, dining room with round table that accommodates 10 guests, a large TV living room, a smaller seating living room with wood burning fireplace, laundry area, half bath, and sunroom connected to a large deck. The deck has a table for 8 plus additional seating area.

The space
The upstairs features a large master suite with office area and walk in shower, a bedroom with a king size bed, another bedroom with a queen size bed communicating with a smaller bedroom containing a trundle bed that makes 2 twins. There is a second full bathroom upstairs with bathtub and double sinks.

This sun filled, beautifully decorated property has a large landscaped yard that backs up to conservation land with direct access to the Shining Sea Bike Path running between North Falmouth and Woods Hole. This home includes access to a deeded private association beach with life guard an easy 10 minute walk. The beach is part of the famous Old Silver Beach with white sands, warm, calm waters and breathtaking sunsets. There is also a private association tennis court available for use. High quality bed linens, towels, and dishes are well considered touches as well as beach chairs and towels.
