If you have a late flight on your check out day, and if we have no other bookings for the day of check out, we can extend your check out for the rest of the day for half the price of a full day. Just message us to arrange if this is possible, though we do not guarantee.
Luggage storage is also available. For transportation, you can just inform the caretaker and he can arrange for you to be picked up by tricycle in front of the villa for a minimal rate (100 Philippine pesos 1 way).
Our Airbnb pricing is based on the number of guests in your booking. While the listing shows a maximum capacity of 15 guests, this refers to the maximum number of people the property can accommodate—not the number automatically included in your rate. For example, if you book and pay for 5 guests, only 5 guests are allowed to stay. If you wish to bring more people, you can add additional guests during the booking process, and the total price will adjust accordingly. You may add up to a maximum of 15 paid guests. Unregistered or unpaid guests are not allowed.
Welcome to ISLA VILLA 1! A 4 bedroom exclusive pool villa operated by ISLAVILLACEBU with the perfect location to explore the beach and nearby islands. Your very own private villa with an amazing waterfalls pool. Perfect get together venue for large families or groups of friends. The exclusive and safe staycation awaits you in this luxurious hideaway in Whitesands Subdivision, Maribago, Lapu Lapu City. We are only 750 meters (10 minute walk) to the white sand beach of Karancho Beach resort which you can enter for a minimal fee of P200. The maribago seaport wharf is also only 5 minute drive away which is a great jump off point to do island hopping and the many water sport activities.
The villa is designed by famous Filipino architect Dave Pastrano, with a rustic industrial modern feel, the house is built to age beautifully. The unique indoor / outdoor pool is 2.5m x 6.5m for a total of 16.25square meters at 4 feet deep. Perfect to cool down after exploring the city.
The Villa kitchen is equipped with complete utensils for cooking. Stream your favorite movies on Netlfix in our smart TV. We just recently installed a new 50” smart TV in the living / dining area. The kids can play with the Sony Playstation system for never ending hours of fun in the big bedroom TV.
When at the villa, you are provided with free hi speed fiber wifi. Lots of shops, restaurants, massage, money changers and activities right outside the village. For added safety, there is a brand new state of the art hospital 2 KM away.
We also have our caretaker that lives close by. You can message him to buy light groceries (beer, soda, food, etc) for your convenience. You may assign him tasks up to 5PM. We have free corkage so you can bring as much groceries, food and drinks as you want, unlike nearby hotels and condominiums all do not allow you to bring food and drinks inside. A barbeque grill is available for your use. Just buy charcoal and meat in the grocery store nearby.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do you allow visitor's to visit the property?
A: Yes visitors are allowed at a charge of P750 per person per night. But the total guest count cannot exceed 15 (including the visitors).
Q: Can I check in early or check out late?
A: Standard check in time is 2:00PM and check out is 10:00AM. This is because we need several hours in between bookings to clean the property. However, if possible we may allow for an early check in our late check out subject to availability.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Unfortunately we are a pet free facility as we may have future guests that are allergic to pet hair.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, we can accommodate up to 6 cars in the street in front of the property.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the villa, in the garden.
Q: What happens in the case of a power outage?
A: The property does not have a generator as of the moment, however, emergency lights are provided. Usually the electric company resolves the issue within 2 hours.
