Great location right in the Binnekill Square complex in the heart of Margaretville Village. We are walking distance to everything the village has to offer, accessible by bus for those that want a getaway without a car, we are in walking distance from Trailways bus stop in Margaretville. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, and wedding venues. Great for all seasons!

The space
Living room is comfy with high ceilings, futon couch & Wifi, smart TV for your streaming services and some free channels. Kitchen has stove, fridge, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven and necessary utensils, Bedroom is a cozy sleeping loft with two twins that can be made into a king size bed for two. Also a futon for sleeping in the living room and a blow up bed just in case you need extra bed. 2 closets for your luggage or gear. Also we have A/C and a fan.
