Located in Searsport Maine the cottage is adjacent to Moose Point State Park which has hiking trails and a rocky beach. It is 2 stories with a breathtaking ocean view from both the loft and the porch which includes a grill, 2 hammocks and 2 wicker chairs to relax . A few steps from the porch is a yoga/meditation studio. We are about 60 min. from Acadia National Park and 40 min. from Camden. We include, for your use while here, a car State Park Pass for access to the park and its beach next door.

The space
Great views of the ocean from the bedroom and porch. High ceilings and a catwalk afford a panoramic view of Penobscot Bay. The cottage is attached to an Alternative Medical office with a separate entrance and private outdoor porch. Please note :Due to close proximity to Rte.1 and an ATV path there may be some road noise at times. Please note that we also host a treehouse cottage on the property that can be found under PineTreehouse Cottage hosted by Dr.Mike and Mylisa.

Guest access
Guest have the full cottage, including a porch, to themselves and have access to the yoga/meditation studio just steps away as well as a fire pit, all with views of an expansive field and the ocean, not to mention on a clear night the starry sky above. If you’re here at the right time you’ll see lots of fireflies. There is no direct access to the beach from this property, but a car park pass provided, for your use while here, to go next-door to Moose Point State Park, as well as other nearby state parks.

Other things to note
Perfect getaway for a couple in our relaxing and quaint cottage with ocean views and a yoga/ meditation studio just a few steps away. Adjacent to a State Park with Rocky beaches and coastal hiking trails.
