Juan and his wife were perfect hosts and have perfect accommodation. Firstly, Juan went above and beyond by picking us up from the airport and dropping us off the next day to our car hire office.
The room was decent size with a humongous bed and ensuite. Keys to the room and front door are provided.
The whole house has been designed beautifully. I particularly liked the huge terrace that overlooks the river into Paraguay.
Without hesitation I would recommend staying with Juan. I hope before long I will be able to return to spend more time in the Misiones region.
I am very satisfied that I chose to stay at Juan's house. Juan and his family are very helpful and friendly and it was a real plasure to spend some time with them. For me this is the most important when I chose private rooms instead of a hotel.
The room itself was good. It is clean, the bed is comfortable, air condition works well, so deos wifi. You should not expect luxury but the room is definetely worth the price.
Thank you Juan & family. You are a great host!
Juan Carlos is an unbelievably helpful host: came to meet me at the airport, showed me round town, took me to various addresses when needed... even helped me plan the itinerary for my tour round Misiones!
A lovely guy.
Good double room with A/C & nice view of the river.
When you travel a lot like us we are particulary interested in places worth THE " detour" . Reason being of course these places are " jewels" in a trip.
Our message to THE world today is :
Juan Carlos place is worth THE detour !!!
Lovely place and a very fine family.
Thank you again Juan Carlos.
Juan Carlos, Norma and their family were great hosts. Not only they were aware that public transportation in Posadas can be difficult, and picked us up at the bus station and brought to the airport, but also Juan Carlos accompanied us by car to a wildlife recovery center outside the city. He also gave us two bikes to tour Posadas and told us a lot of insightful analysis on Argentina, the province of Misiones and Posadas. They love their home town, and will make everything to make you love it as well, while feeling more than at home. We will definitely stay again at Juan Carlos' next time in Posadas. The room is quite large, with a huge and confortable bed, private bathroom with fridge and tv set. Wonderful terrace on the Paraná river. Conveniently located. Thanks Juan Carlos, Norma and Mattias!
We stayed with Juan Carlos and his lovely family for two nights only. We should have stayed for longer. The place is fantastic, with a phenomenal view over the river to the paraguayan side.
Juan Carlos and his family are very forthcoming and welcoming.
Right when we met them, we had the impression, that we where meeting very dear friends. When we left, we felt like part of the familie already.
In our opinion Posadas is much underestimated and worth staying longer. Especially, if you're looking for a beautiful place to recover.
Tuve la suerte de ir a la casa de Juan Carlos y Norma !! There is no better place to stay in Posadas !!!
At first I did not plan to stay in Posadas, but the comments about their place decided me. And i did not regret it at all!!! Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Juan picked me up at the omnibus station, helped me with everything during my stay. I will always remember the trip all around Posadas, visiting the Missiones with Juan Carlos y Eliana was the better way to learn about the Guarani culture. And i will remember the oso hormiguero tambien ;-)
It is important to say that the place is great, the view is amazing, the
room is so confortable and everything was perfect (again ;-))
Merci beaucoup beaucoup :-)

About the Host, Juan Carlos
