Everything about this place was easy and convenient, from the booking, check in with Graham on our arrival even though our flight was delayed, everything in the apartment works well, the building is nice and has good facilities and above all the location is just great! We had a great time and loved the whole Sydney experience! Thank you!
This is an extremely well located apartment. It is quite small, about 500 ft.², but fine for one or two travelers. The apartment is one floor above the ground level and there is a street noise from buses and traffic outside, but I did not find it bothersome. But do not book this apartment unless the host can tell you that he has replaced the four flat, old, hard synthetic pillows that are on the Murphy bed. I'm sure they were borrowed from Moses and once contained the 10 Commandments.
Location, location, location! Grahame's studio apartment is perfectly situated in Darlinghurst; walking distance to Surry Hills, Hyde Park, Paddington and the CBD.
While the apartment is a little rundown (mainly the white leather couch) and the portable aircon very loud, it is very clean with a wonderful, modern kitchen and bathroom.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment to family and friends visiting the area, whether for business or recreation.
