A 7 minute walk to MARTA Midtown Train Station & Piedmont Park. Close to Georgia Tech, Lowes, Hyatt, and Starling Hotels, Fox Theater, Woodruff Arts Center, Americas Mart, Downtown. Walkable to MANY restaurants, pubs, and the arts.

Small Studio apartment (190sf) in our Carriage House, a separate building from the Main House. EXCELLENT location and privacy at this modern Studio Apt. MiniFridge/Freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine included. Perfect for 1 person but 2 can work fine! Comfy queen sized bed, Direct TV, small dining table, and many thoughtful touches.
7 minute walk to MARTA Midtown Station & Piedmont Park. Fox Theatre, Georgia Tech Conf Center and Woodruff Arts Center are all within 10-20 min walk.
