  • Zack and Jen were excellent hosts. They welcomed me to Charlottesville (and even picked me up from the airport and fed me breakfast!). It was the perfect place to stay while visiting the law school, and UVA and Charlottesville were both very accessible. I highly recommend this listing!

  • We arrived late and Zack was flexible about our arrival time (after 10pm). He made sure we were comfortable and we all went to bed. It was perfect for a place to sleep!

    February 2014
  • Zack and Jen were very nice and accommodating hosts. I had to arrive late, and they were fine with that, and allowed me to remain parked at their place until I left the following day. They are very convenient to UVA, and their place was perfect for a quick overnight trip to Charlottesville. The room is as pictured/described.

  • My fiancée and I had a nice stay with Zack and Jen. We were only there for one night, so we did not interact with them much, but they were very friendly and welcoming when we did speak with them. Their place is conveniently located right near UVA's campus and about 2 miles from downtown Charlottesville. The only downside was that I did not think the bed was very comfortable, however my fiancée thought it was fine, so that may be a matter of personal preference. The room is a simple, bare-bones room, but the price is very affordable, so it's definitely a great value overall!

About
Hello! My name is Zack Beamer, I currently live in Charlottesville, Virginia where I live with my wife Jen. We got started with AirBnB back when we were living in France and traveling. Upon our return we started renting out our own place in Charlottesville and have been doing so since September 2012. We've met a lot of interesting people along the way and are always happy to host anyone in town for a campus visit, conference, football game, alumni event, or anything! We're happy to share our place with you, as well as our input on all of the great places and food our town has to offer.
