Our 2 story, 4 bedroom home is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood at the top of Kingsbury Grade, 3 miles from Heavenly Ski Resort. Step out the door to hike the Tahoe Rim Trail. 5 miles to beautiful Lake Tahoe and the casinos/shopping.

Our neighbors manage the property, making it convenient but private.

You will need a car to access the property - 4 wheel drive or chains in the winter. There are two parking spots in the driveway. The property is not wheelchair accessible.
Steps to the Tahoe Rim Trail and Castle Rock Trail. Close to Heavenly's Boulder (2.4 miles) and Stagecoach Lodges (3.7 miles). Short drive to the casinos, restaurants, shops and beaches. Nevada Beach (6.2 miles) and Roundhill Pines (7.9 miles) are the closest beaches. Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course is only 5 miles away.

We love this quiet court, surrounded by forest, the views and the proximity to the Tahoe Rim Trail.
No public transit is available within the neighborhood.
Other things to note
During winter parking on the street is not allowed due to snow removal procedures. The driveway accommodates two cars (or three if parking behind one another).
Please protect our wildlife by not leaving food or garbage unattended in cars or ice chests.
Please be aware there may be minimum night stay requirements over holidays or holiday weekend periods.
This is a neighborhood where people live full-time. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet time after 9pm. Please limit overnight visitors to the registered number of guests (up to 8) and do not plan to host parties at this residence. Please leave your pets at home. Smoking is not allowed inside (or outside due to forest fire hazards).
*The guest responsible for renting must be 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
Our home will be professionally cleaned and inspected after your departure. If excessive wear and tear is found, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee
We operate under Douglas County Permit #14-818. Parties, weddings and receptions are not allowed at this property. Over occupancy is subject to county citation/fine. Failure to comply with noise or total occupancy rules will result in eviction.
We do require a contract outlining the terms of the agreement at time of booking.
