Spacious 1965 square foot loft in a historic Patton Ave building in the epicenter of downtown Asheville where luxury meets Asheville flair.
The loft was originally owned by one of Asheville's finest artists and retains its art gallery roots with walls of many original works. Modern updates along with cozy fireplace makes it a true oasis in a bustling city. Just outside your front or back door is live entertainment, shopping, and fine dining.

The space
Feel the heartbeat of the city from this spacious loft. 2 living room areas with split floor plan is perfect for traveling with 2 couples or medium sized family.

Guest access
Parking is 100 feet from entrance in the Rankin Ave public parking garage. Rates are $20/day. Once parked the entire city is walkable or in the Biltmore Estate case a short Uber ride.

Other things to note
The Loft at 35 Patton is in the absolute heart of downtown and above the Lobster Trap which has live music from 6-9pm. Music can often be heard during this time, especially in the living room and common spaces of the Loft.

We are long time Myrtle Beach residents that enjoy traveling ourselves and providing family friendly spaces for others to enjoy. Kristin’s real estate expertise has allowed us to host at the lovely Forest Dunes Resort. We enjoy family time with our two little ones as well as any water and land related sports. We also have travelled many years to the Asheville area and are fortunate enough to host at what has been our favorite place to stay downtown.
