Park Street Place (PSP) is located on a quiet street in the village of Sharon Springs. Enjoy exceptional restaurants, little shops, and historical sites, all within walking distance or a quick, little ride. PSP is newly renovated and fully modernized, yet retains the charm of its 1860s heritage. Sharon Springs is a village with lots of character (and lots of characters), a nice retreat within easy access to other upstate points of interest including Cooperstown and historic Schoharie County.

The space
You will have plenty of room for off-street parking in a lot shared with the funeral home next door. A little convenience store is within walking distance for those last-minute necessities. The bank (ATM), library, bakery, Fancy Farmer Restaurant, and Post Office are also within walking distance. You can also walk down the hill to the historic village where most of the restaurants and shops are located or take your car if you want to avoid the uphill return walk.

Lives in Sharon Springs, New York
A native of Schoharie County, I made Sharon Springs my home in 1993. My husband, George and I live just outside of the village on 116 acres of rolling hills and streams. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our love of the area. I am a retired English teacher, and George is the local mortician/bartender made famous in the "Bucolic Plague." We hope you enjoy your stay at Park Street Place, Sharon Springs, and the surrounding area as much as we do.
