Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
This basement apartment is below Oxford Treehouse Gallery in beautiful Lafayette County. It is nestled in the trees down a private drive only 6.5 miles from the Oxford Square. It has a private entrance with an outside covered seating area and access to the screened porch off the gallery.

The space
We are tucked away on private property less than 7 miles from the Oxford Square. The basement apartment is below Oxford Treehouse Gallery with a separate entrance and outdoor sitting area.
The apartment style is cozy/industrial...think exposed ductwork, eclectic artwork, super comfortable bed, cotton linens and mounted deer.
Please note... there is no television but we do have high speed internet.
Besides...the chickens in the yard can be far more entertaining than t.v.

Guest access
Guests will have access to a refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee pot and electric kettle in the apartment. There will be coffee, tea, milk and some type of breakfast pastry. The upstairs gallery screened porch will be available if you would like to take your breakfast there or just relax under the fans.
Guests can wander the property with the chickens and visit the blacksmith shop down the lane as well as visit the art gallery.
You are welcome to work or rest upstairs in the gallery sitting area as well.

Other things to note
The cancellation policy states one week prior to check-in. For football and graduation weekends I ask that you give me 2 weeks. I will refund if I can find another reservation.

We have a very comfortable queen sofa bed for extra guests in the sitting area which is an additional $30 per person (over 2 people) housekeeping fee.

My husband, Walter, and I live with 2 dogs and a bunch of chickens on 58 acres in Lafayette County, MS. On site is a working blacksmith shop and Oxford Treehouse Gallery. We are avid cyclists and host weekly bicycle rides from our home which is located on the gallery property.
