Guest access
You can explore as much of our 75 acres as you like just be mindful of trash and not trampling the sage brush.

Other things to note
Our water source comes from a natural well but it does have very hard minerals. It’s treated with water softener and a strong filtration system but It might stains the appliances white and you may still see a tint of yellow in the toilet after flushing and showering. Or in the hot-tub outside...It’s normal...The water can sometimes smell like sulfur too. It’s high in iron bacteria which is harmless - good for the skin but not great for the tummy.

Don’t drink the water from the faucet. We do provide - Reverse Osmosis drinking water in the kitchen. It’s the smaller spigot next to the sink and the water is delicious from our natural well.

We have a strict NO SHOE, NO PETS, NO SMOKING policy, our white shaggy rugs in the homes get ruined with the red dirt on the property. Pets have no way of removing their shoes. Our home owner has severe allergies to second hand smoke and pets. If your pet is not hypoallergenic + sheds, it poses a health risk. They visit the homes weekly. If we find evidence of Pets or Smoking inside the home without prior consent- a 350$ fine will be charged.

Neighborhood highlights

Zions Tiny Oasis and the surrounding areas have breathtaking 360 views, and are quite secluded from the tourism and hustle and bustle of Springdale and the park. We do have 3 other tiny homes on the property which sit at two hundred - eight hundred feet away from each other. We also have a small neighborhood nearby, their homes are out of view , and down the hill/across the street.

The oasis borders the west side of Zion Park; with many great hiking and biking trails nearby. As far as services, there is the Fort Zion gift shop and restaurant just 5 minutes away, and of course, the Park is only 15 minutes from the oasis. Springdale features many wonderful restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.
