This beachfront property is located on the BEST and WIDEST stretch of Simpson Bay beach with gentle waves and no rocks, which makes it a perfect spot for swimming. Although this property is tucked away, and there are never many people on this part of the beach, it is in a heart of Simposn Bay. Simpson Bay beach offers one of the longest stretches of uninterrupted sandy, white coastline on Sint Maarten.

The space
As you enter the apartment from the shaded porch, you will find the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if there is anything missing you may need to prepare your meal, I am always right around the corner. As you walk through this area, you enter the bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a SMART TV (no cable) where you can stream your favourite programs. This is also where the air conditioning unit is located to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
As you walk through the bedroom, you will find the bathroom.
The shower is equipped with hot water. Throughout the rest of the apartment the water is room temperature.

Step outside the apartment and onto the beach for a long walk or run, and then jump into the water to cool off. Enjoy a coffee on the porch, as you get ready for the day. If you like, you can also walk along the beach to Karakter Beach Bar, Mary’s Boon, and El Zafiro for breakfast, lunch, or simply a day of lounging and sipping cocktails by the sea.

Make a point to enjoy the fiery sunset right from your porch with a chilled glass of wine. When it’s time for bed, enjoy being lulled to sleep by the gentle waves outside your window. Wake up and do it all again the next day.

The apartment is a short distance from Maho Beach, famous for plane spotting. Reach out and try to touch Airbus 330s as well as island puddle jumpers as they fly overhead to land on the runway.

Are boats more your thing? You can also enjoy watching the impressive sailboats and mega yachts come into the Simpson Bay Lagoon at the drawbridge, as the Simpson Bay Yacht Club is also within walking distance.
