A cozy, recently renovated house in the heart of Trastevere. Classic-chic atmospheres, furnishing details that deserve more than a glance.
It consists of a large living room with a seating area and dining table, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom/study with a comfortable pull-out bed, 1 bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a small kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Please note that the bedroom and study/bedroom are connected to each other, but privacy can be maintained by using the bedroom entrance to the bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts to meet the needs of the modern traveler: self-regulating air conditioning in each room, heating, free Wi-Fi, smart TV in each room, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer.
It is located in a quiet corner in the heart of Trastevere, on the second floor of a small Roman-style condominium without an elevator.
To ensure a healthy environment for my guests, the apartment is expressly non-smoking.

Trastevere is one of the busiest areas in Rome even late at night. It is not uncommon for groups of "street artists" outside the restaurants to perform music and singing for customers and people stay on the street to chat with a glass of wine in hand until late at night.
Near the building there is probably the last typical Roman "cabaret". It can be that night, no later than midnight, you can hear voices and muffled music.
Despite this, the house is normally quiet.
