  • Found Manny's adorable place when planning our trip to visit USC and now that we're looking at repeat trips there to visit our daughter, we know exactly where we'll stay. There just wasn't any downside (location, amenities, cleanliness, or hospitality), other possibly than in writing this review so that any secret is now further out about how great Manny's place is. (We'll just plan on a lot of advance booking for our many trips there.)

  • The place felt like home the minute I walked in the door. Manny was an incredibly gracious host with an equally incredible record collection at your disposal. Clean, funky, peaceful awesomeness --I can't wait to return!

  • We had an amazing time in Manny's house. He and his wife are really welcoming hosts and there's nothing else you could wish.

The apartments are very cosy with its own history and nice interior. We have found tonnes of music and books to go through. Good location, you can easily get wherever you want.

So we strongly recommend to stay here and will definitely do same next time.

  • Had a wonderful experience at 815! Manny is an incredible host and the bungalow was in wonderful condition. It was very clean and comfortable and has a special charm to it. We dove right into the record collection and enjoyed sipping coffee on the front porch in the morning while the sun was shining. The wireless connection was really fast and reliable. I was impressed with the size of the space and was wondering where the bedroom was situated, as it's a bit hard to tell from the pictures - but it’s down a hallway next to the bathroom, so it’s nice and private and separate from the rest of the living area - which was really nice. Plenty of closet space and the bathroom has a hair drier, so no need to pack your own. Kitchen is nicely equipped and yes there is a coffee maker! The parking was great and the bungalow is very centrally located, which is key in Los Angeles. Overall, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bungalow. My husband and I felt like we were home - and we travel a lot - so it’s nice to feel safe and secure while traveling. We will be coming back!

  • The West Hollywood Bungalow was an absolute delight. Greeting us when we opened the door were fresh tulips and some L.A. reading material including the weekly local entertainment newspaper. Manny created a great experience by providing everything we could possibly want such as Trader Joe's shampoo and conditioner in the shower, hot tea and sea salt potato chips in the kitchen and a collection of records to enjoy.
The location is perfect with street art, shops and restaurants just a short 5-20 minute walk away. Surrounding the Bungalow is a cute succulent garden, multiple places to sit and enjoy morning coffee and a great neighborhood with a variety of unique houses.
We had a wonderful time in California and totally recommend Manny as a host! Thanks Manny!

  • Thanks Manny for being a great host during our recent stay at Bungalow 815. We felt very much at home, and especially enjoyed your record collection as well as the coffee and fresh fruit. The location was perfect for us - close to shopping, restaurants, and Runyon Canyon, where we enjoyed a hike overlooking the city.

We are recommending your place to friends and are looking forward to staying with you again during our next trip to L.A.
