  • Great little place to crash after a long day of sightseeing. Hosts were really easy to communicate with. Apartment is exactly as described and close to several tube stations. Tons of awesome bars and restaurants close by. The proximity to the train wasn't an issue (noise) for us. The layout of this particular flat is a little different but we actually really liked it as we had plenty of room to unpack. It was my first time staying in the Spitalfields area and I really enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood! Thanks Vincent and Alice!

  • Everything was perfect, the apartment was nice and we were pleased to find the stuff for making a cup of tea in the evening. The area is quite central and there's the tube few steps distance. During the weekend the Brick Lane zone can be a bit loud but only in the evening. We had a wonderful stay! Definitely recommended!

  • Loved this location in Shoreditch which was close to tons of restaurants, shops and walking distance to Spitalfields markets. Easy to do the self check-in. While we'd read the listing details and checked out the floor plan, we didn't fully grasp until we got there that the bedroom is entirely separate from the lounge/bathroom. Meaning that it was an annoyance to have to lock up both doors each night, and unlock both doors before using the washroom in the middle of the night.

Shower was quite unpleasant. If you have the shower faucet turned to more than medium pressure, the drainage would overflow, leaving a pool of gross water at your feet. Also, for unknown reasons, the water would sometimes turn completely cold mid-shower---and then get hot again (or not warm up for several minutes when you first turn it on).

  • Ciao! Ciao Donatella e Andrea

  • Thanks Alice&Vince,

Very good communication by host throughout our booking and stay . My wife and I were happy with our stay on brick lane. There is a good bus system in London and not a far walk to the bus stop from here. Perfect for the price .

  • We had a wonderful stay in the apartment on Brick Lane :) The area is great - a bit noisy at night in the weekends, but that's to be expected in a young area.
The apartment is nice and clean, and there was enough room for the 3 of us. Alice and Vincent make sure you have all the information you need about the apartment, the area and London in general. We will definitely return :)

I (Vincent) am a UK born Australian fashion designer who lives between NYC and London. Had a past life as a professional dancer & actor. Love Kite Surfing and Glitch Hop. Alice is a born and bred Melbournian, a professional dancer, with a love of graphic design. June is my mum, from the North of England, who migrated to Perth Western Australia when i was young. She was a costume designer and now an artist living in Brooklyn. We are all Vegetarians, don't smoke and are not big drinkers but love to have fun. We have travelled a lot together and believe it's all about the journey, not the destination. I like to get lost and discover things off the beaten track.
