Peace and quiet

This home is in a quiet area.
Tucked into a serene neighborhood, our 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is a cozy home away from home. 5 minutes to Edna Valley's wine country, 3 miles from Cal Poly, 8 minutes to downtown, 15-20 minutes to the beach in either direction, and also a peaceful oasis in itself. We love cooking and baking so the kitchen is packed with most everything you would need. The backyard beckons you to relax and enjoy yourself. Everything is designed for your pleasure. Come visit!

The space
We will have coffee, tea, and fresh fruit at the start of your stay. The living room and "Map Bedroom" both have room for a queen-sized air mattress. Home amenities include a Traeger grill, electric piano, newly renovated kitchen (see picture for a list of ALL the amenities), two flatscreen TVs (including one in the master bedroom). The backyard is quiet and private. ** We are committed to follow Airbnb's new enhanced cleaning protocol. **

You have access to the entire house; the garage/laundry will remain locked.

Other things to note
*No parties, no smoking, quiet time between 10pm-7am. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful people. Please show them the same. Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed on the property. No extra guests.

Neighborhood highlights

We are centrally located right in the middle of a whole lot of goodness! In one direction you'll get a plethora of award-winning wineries - remember to look up during your drive to see llamas, horses, cows, goats, chickens, emus, and cows. In the other direction, minutes away you'll be in the heart of downtown filled with tasty restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and charm. And Cal Poly fans, we are just 4 miles away from campus.

If you're a hiker and/or mountain biker, there are endless options for trails. (Be careful of poison oak when it's in season. "Leaves of three, let it be.") Surfer? We've got that too. When you check in, our Guidebook will be on the kitchen island with lots of details on where to go and what to do/eat/drink in the SLO area.

There's plenty to do in SLO but it's also wonderful to just sit back and SLO down.
