This apartment has been entirely renewed in 2005 and is in The Carlyle, one of the most beautiful Art Deco buildings in Miami Beach, on Ocean Drive, facing the beach!
In the heart of South Beach and close to all bars, restaurants and night-clubs.
Totally furnished and equipped, this apartment is composed with a contemporary kitchen equipped with Miele stainless steal appliances (dish machine, regular + microwaves ovens, etc....), a king size bed in sleeping area, and a sofabed for 2 in living room, as well as 2 convertible arm chairs. A sliding glass door separates sleeping area from living room for preserving comfort and privacy of guests at night.
You will find a washing and a drying machine, a dish washer, etc....as well as a coffee machine, an iron and an ironing table.
You also have an LCD TV with cable channels and internet with free wifi.
Walk-in closet in sleeping area and all linen provided (for bed, sofabed, kitchen and bathroom).
Large bathroom with tube and toilets, decorated with marble. Complimentary shower lotion and shampoo provided.
A concierge is located into building operating 24/7.
2 beach chairs are also available.
Public parking lot at 100 m from building (corner 13th street and Collins Avenue).

Keys are given on arrival 24/7 by Conciergerie after checking ID. Dial 001 on keyboard at the gate to call the concierge.
This is a very "classy" building, 50% of owners live here, it is recommended to be quiet into building. Nevertheless, you're in the very heart of everything in Miami Beach, so a certain level of global noise is tolerated...
Building gate is located on the left hand and at the rear of Italian restaurant, in small patio behind.
The apartment was spacious and well stocked with all the utensils, cookware and linen needed for a comfortable stay. Noise from below was significant however, and overshadowed our stay. It was difficult to get a good sleep with the noise created by the restaurant staff disposing garbage all night, and a construction crew working outside our window early every morning. Noise from restaurant patrons was negligible.
The noise of works mentionned by Daniel is unfortunately impossible to anticipate, as renovation works are currently taking place in our building, and they're progressing face by face.
Noise created by restaurant staff is very variable : higher during weekends, lower the rest of the time.
Read other feedback in June and July, no other guests mentionned that, so it depends very much of the way guests bear or don't bear same level of noise...
This apartment is the perfect location. The apartment is more spacious than I expected. And the concierge was very accomodating. I enjoyed this stay very much, and when I return to South Beach, I hope to stay here again.
Luc was very good to communicate with from the get go and very professional with everything.
The location was top notch, right in the heart of ocean drive.
The appartment was clean and inviting. Lovely bed in the bedroom. Bonus with the in room washer dryer and the very handy beach gear in the cupboard.
Only problem is the extended shelf in the shower does not drain properly.
We had an excellent time at Luc's apartment at the Carlyle. Organized and clean and Luc is attentive to his guests. Apartment is directly across the beach, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We are glad that we stayed here and we are definitely sure that we will be back soon.
La descrizione dell'appartamento è molto precisa e al mio arrivo c'era un receptionist che è stato disponibile per tutto il soggiorno 24 ore su 24.
Luc ha prontamente risposto ad una mia richiesta ed è stato tempestivo nel risolvere il mio problema.
L'appartamento è in una posizione fantastica, direttamente sulla Ocean Drive, ma sul retro quindi silenzioso.
Sono presenti tutti i confort.
L'unica pecca è che si potrebbe "svecchiare" un po' lo stabile in generale. Infatti al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una porta rotta e il pavimento rovinato, ma per il resto l'arredamento e l'appartamento sono molto spaziosi, carini e perfetti per una vacanza in 2/3.
Parfaite, c'est le mot qui résume le mieux notre expérience !
Luc a été très réactif et disponible au moment de la réservation puis pour quelques questions.
L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos : très spacieux, très propre, très beau. Très bien équipé également (grand frigo, congélateur, lave linge, sèche linge...)
Idéalement situé sur Océan Drive, l'appartement est toutefois sur l'arrière du bâtiment donc au calme. La plage est juste de l'autre côté de la rue.
L'accès en bus depuis l'aéroport est très simple et économique.
Nous recommandons ce logement sans aucune hésitation !
Ningun problema todo en perfecta condiciones y acogedor, lo unico que el dueño no hablaba español pero igual logramos comunicarnos. Muy buena disponibilidad y respuestas inmediatas. Exelente!
