This is a double bedroom in a fantastic location. The apartment is walking distance to many tourist attractions, including The Barbican and St Paul's Cathedral. You are only a few moments from Old Street Station for the underground and many major bus routes, including night buses, run from just outside the apartment.
Nearby, you have the cosy restaurants of Exmouth Market, the bars in Angel and the nightlife of Shoreditch.
The room itself contains a double bed so is suitable for solo travellers or couples. We provide you with fresh linen, towels, a desk and storage space for your belongings.
Once you have the keys, you are able to come and go as you please, entering the building through a secure electric gate.
In the apartment, you will have access to a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a bath and shower available for your use and, of course, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The apartment building also has a lift, providing step-free access to the room.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a small park opposite.
There are several supermarkets on City Road and plenty of coffee shops and pubs nearby.
Exmouth Market and Angel are within walking distance, offering a huge range of dining options and bars. If you're after nightlife, Shoreditch is also a short walk away.
Many tourist attractions are only a short walk from the apartment but you also have easy access to the Northern Line (black line). Buses, including many night buses, run from just outside the apartment and, if you want to explore London by bike, Barclay Cycle Hire is available on the next street!
Nice small flat with all needs to sleep over for night to catch flight next day. Good situation. Didn't meet Oliver or Maria in person but Maria was responsive via Airbnb or iMessage. We didn't have any problems.
The room is very nice, light and clean. The neighborhood is really safe and flat is in great localization.
Thanks for nice stay.
Nice flat. Good situation . The bed is just a little bit small and the shower does not work well.
I did not meet Olivier, also Maria did not welcome me in person although she called me up, apologise for being too busy and left key for me to pick up myself. The place was as advertised. What you can hardly see in the pictures or is not photoed is that everything in the flat is extremely worn up (e.g. stained bath tub, furniture which is falling apart, just one too small courtain). I would compare this to 1 star hotel. A fair place if you don't mind the above and you want spend one night or so and you don't want to pay too much. The place was clean in basic sense.
This cozy little flat is a great stay for the price. Check in and out times were very flexible. We didn't see our host much (and our host was not Oliver but a woman), but we had some great companions who were also traveling and staying in one of the other rooms. The location is not the best. It is a far walk to the metro and nice restaurants, but there is a grocery store nearby and you can cook at the place.
The host managed to accomodate me at last minute. The room was clean and as expected. It's basic, but it does the job. I would defintely use again.
