This is a double bedroom in a fantastic location. The apartment is walking distance to many tourist attractions, including The Barbican and St Paul's Cathedral. You are only a few moments from Old Street Station for the underground and many major bus routes, including night buses, run from just outside the apartment.
Nearby, you have the cosy restaurants of Exmouth Market, the bars in Angel and the nightlife of Shoreditch.
The room itself contains a double bed so is suitable for solo travellers or couples. We provide you with fresh linen, towels, a desk and storage space for your belongings.
Once you have the keys, you are able to come and go as you please, entering the building through a secure electric gate.
In the apartment, you will have access to a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a bath and shower available for your use and, of course, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The apartment building also has a lift, providing step-free access to the room.

There are several supermarkets on City Road and plenty of coffee shops and pubs nearby.
Exmouth Market and Angel are within walking distance, offering a huge range of dining options and bars. If you're after nightlife, Shoreditch is also a short walk away.
Many tourist attractions are only a short walk from the apartment but you also have easy access to the Northern Line (black line). Buses, including many night buses, run from just outside the apartment and, if you want to explore London by bike, Barclay Cycle Hire is available on the next street!

Everything was great, however not the bed. It looked used. Everything else was nice.
It is generally very good. Room, toilet and kitchen is clean. Bed is soft. All essentials are provided. Better to open the window. The location is great. You can take buses to anywhere(just to remind that an oyster card is needed, it can be bought in nearly all stations). Besides there is a 24-hour supermarket near the apartment, perfect for us - coming back late and going out early. Anyway, it worths the price.
great place. If you like to spend most of your time in london and just need a place to sleep and shower, this is the place to be. Near angel station which is 5 mins from st pancras/kings cross. Maria, who let us in was really nice. The neighbourhood was fine, we never felt unsafe, didn't matter what time we got in.
We very enjoyed staying in this flat. The location is very good. Room was clean. Maria is very kind. I definitely recommend this place.
Maria explained all the particularities of the check-in and check-out and responded to the questions very quickly. The room was clean and looked very similar to the photos (no lamp on the bed stand). The flat was quiet in the evening - we spent the day outside. We used the kitchen once and it was tidy and clean. The gas stove burners require matches or lighter to light, which Maria provided.
The bathroom could be better - the white rug on the floor is dirty, water drips from the pipe (environmetal issue) and using warm water takes a bit of time to figure out, but it is there.
The neighbourhood of the building is very nice, zone 1, close to the Camden passage (antiques and vintage market). There are a number of eateries that offer nice food in the near vicinity. There is a 24/7 supermarket located near to the flat, which is also useful.
The Angel tube station is 5-7 min on foot.
We stayed there for 6 days and it was very comfortable.
All in all - clean, quiet, confortable, with an efficient host.
Only remark - the bathroom.
