Our beautiful English basement bed & breakfast is situated in a turn of the century victorian rowhouse in the charming East Village of Georgetown. Located on a quiet residential street, the private 2 bed/2 bath flat is the perfect pied-à-terre from which you can explore The District. No detail has been overlooked inside the apartment, and when you step outside you are a few blocks from the world class dining and boutique shopping of Georgetown, or a 15 minute walk to the center of Dupont Circle.

This private two-bedroom bed & breakfast boasts approximately 930 sq ft of space and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Please note: We have a toddler. (Born July 2021) It is likely you will hear some noise from this toddler running about on the first floor above. You may find the noise to be most noticeable in the earlier morning hours. Please let us know if you have any questions.

☛ Where you will sleep: Both bedroom suites feature luxurious queen size mattresses by Urban Mattress, handcrafted in Colorado, USA.
→ The East Bedroom has a queen-size “Silver Lake Plush” - which is a medium feel mattress.
→ The North Bedroom has a queen-size “Acadia” - slightly firmer but still considered a medium feel mattress.
→ The Living room has a twin size daybed with a separate pull out twin size trundle. Both of these sofa style beds contain twin size mattresses and all the necessary bedding. You will also find extra twin size comforters and pillows in the East Bedroom closet.

☛ Where you will live: The living room features two oversize velvet chairs opposite the daybed and trundle bed.
→ 50 inch Samsung The Frame TV, Roku Media Player, Sonos Sound Bar, and a Super Nintendo Classic Edition.
→ YouTube TV with available programming in 4K, HBO + Showtime + Starz, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+
→ Assorted books, board games and playing cards.
→ A basket of extra comfy assorted blankets.

☛ Where you will cook: Our galley style kitchen has everything you need to cook, or store your leftovers from any of the spectacular restaurants in the neighborhood.
→ Dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, champagne flutes
→ Pots and pans, cooking utensils,
→ Salt and pepper grinders, local olive oil and balsamic vinegar
→ Sink with a garbage disposal + Bosch dishwasher

☛ We care about allergies as well as clean air, and think you may too...so rest assured that each of our beds is made up with feather-free bedding, and each sleeping space contains a Dyson Purifying Air Tower with 360° Glass HEPA and Activated Carbon Filter, for your comfort and peace of mind.

☛ We have a very sweet Pomeranian dog who lives upstairs with us, but due to guest allergies we do not allow pets to stay in the apartment.

Midwest raised, Washington based. My wife Alaina and I both work in the neighborhood, in finance & law. We have a toddler (born July 2021) and a small Pomeranian dog (Nala), and the four of us love living in Georgetown and sharing this magical neighborhood with our guests! We have always felt that the best way to experience Washington, D.C. is by staying in one of its historic homes!
