Minutes from the beach! This newly refurbished upstairs 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment is located a quick 1.5 miles from Oceano Beach, Oceano Dunes, Pismo State Beach and is 3.5 miles from downtown Pismo and Pismo Pier. This offers you the convenience of the beach without the beach traffic. This apartment has a full kitchen for you and your guests to utilize. Other attractions nearby include multiple wineries, Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, Solvang and Hearst Castle.

The space
There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, 1 bedroom has a private 1/2 bath. In addition, there is a queen sized couch conversion bed in the living room and a queen size air mattress that can be added for increased comfort. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator and gas range. Pantry will include your basic spices, oils, coffee, coffee creamer, etc for your cooking needs. Pots, pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster are available. There is no AC but is not usually needed here on the Central Coast. Parking is off street and in a parking lot.

The apartment is within a 4 unit building. There are other Airbnb units in the building. The surrounding area has multi unit family occupied apartments. (Check it out google maps) Sometimes you will hear music. Sometimes you can hear the ocean, however, there is no ocean view. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby; some with very tasty food. I recommend the Tortas down the street. Also, the Mexican food restaurant on the corner is very good. Hero Community Park is about 3 blocks away and is a nice place to take dogs and children.
