A fantastic villa in south Sicily with wonderful outside space that is perfect for enjoying Sicily's sunny climate. Enjoy the pool and cook in the outdoor kitchen every day. You can also easily enjoy trips to the beach thanks to the villa's incredible location near the coast.

The space
Bright and spacious, this is the perfect holiday villa. The living area is comfortable, bright and airy with large French windows that lead straight outside, as well as comfy sofas, a dining table and an open fireplace. The kitchen is prettily decorated with blue Sicilian tiles and has all the equipment you could need. There is also a back kitchen with washing facilities. There are three bedrooms in the main part of the villa. The master bedroom has a comfy double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The convertible twin bedroom and the third room with a French bed share a large bathroom with a shower.
There is also a guest house near the pool with a triple bedroom and its own bathroom. The villa also has a small gym area.

The large garden has so much space. The pool is a highlight and is surrounded by sunloungers and a hammock. There is a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven that is perfect for making pizzas, as well as a shady patio with a dining area. The outdoor kitchen is ideal for cooking every evening, and there is also a semi-covered dining area for al fresco meals.

Seccagrande, Sicilia, Italy

A beautiful sandy beach can easily be reached by foot in the town of Seccagrande. This is a typical Sicilian seaside town with a few shops, bars and restaurants.

For some exceptional sandy beaches head to the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve. Here you can find clear water, pristine beaches and incredible natural scenery and wildlife. The Scala dei Turchi is another unmissable beach with its incredible white cliffs descending into the water.

Sciacca is a charming town that is close by. Take a stroll by the port and watch the boats come in carrying their daily load of fish, and then eat at one of the great seafood restaurants.

Agrigento is also not too far away and should not be missed. Visit the outstanding Valley of the Temples and step back in time! The ruins of the temples are extraordinary and rival those in Greece!
