Nestled in the tranquil village of Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, right in the middle of a pristine nature reserve, this eco-friendly home is the perfect retreat for relaxation. It is powered by solar energy, features a convenient charging station for electric vehicles, and includes access-card entry to a restricted beach area.
THE SPACE
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, featuring 2 double beds and 4 single beds. Two optional foldable beds and/or baby cots are also available. With 3.5 bathrooms and unique artwork in every room, the space combines high-standard comfort with typical Comporta style.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 220 sqm villa, the private garden, and the saltwater swimming pool. Your stay also includes access to an exclusive private beach, allowing you to enjoy the stunning coastline away from the crowds. A detailed digital guest guide is provided with our personal recommendations for the best beach spots, restaurants, trail maps & GPS tracks, local activities and excursions beyond the area to enhance your visit.

IMPORTANT NOTES & SERVICES
⚠️ Pool Safety: The saltwater swimming pool is a highlight but is not fenced. Use is at your own risk. We urge guests with small children to be especially vigilant.
🧺 Provided for Your Stay: Fresh sheets, bath towels, and beach equipment (towels, parasol, sports balls) are all provided. Linens are refreshed weekly for longer stays at no further cost, along with a free basic cleaning of the house.
✨ Optional Services: A regular cleaning service can be arranged for an extra fee. A babysitter is also available at an hourly rate (advance booking is recommended in summer). Private dining with a local chef can be arranged.
👶 For Families: Baby cots, highchairs and a baby monitor are available upon request.
🤫 Neighborhood & Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask you to respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially during nighttime hours. No parties or events are allowed.
🦟 Mosquitos: During sunset hours, mosquitos can be more active. We provide indoor and outdoor repellent, and all rooms and doors are equipped with sliding screens for your comfort.
