Welcome to Serenity Woods House, your home away from home destination. We invite you to come enjoy this fully renovated four bedroom, two bathroom home that offers all of the amenities of home. We are located just a few minutes from Fayetteville; which is known as the coolest small town. If you want to take a nice walk, we are a 10 minute walk from downtown. This is a great place for family getaways, couples or group retreats. Drive less than 10 minutes to the New River Gorge Bridge .

* Are pets allowed? Due to guests and the owner's medical sensitivities, no animals of any type are allowed on the property.

* Are outside visitors allowed on the property? For insurance purposes only registered guests are allowed on the property.

* How many vehicles can we bring? Two cars can park in the driveway, contact the hosts for additional parking. There is NO parking on the lawn.

* Can I charge my Hybrid car at the house? Unfortunately, at this time it’s not supported at the property. Serenity Woods is not responsible for any damages that can occur while charging a vehicle. If charging is done on the premises and damages are incurred at Serenity Woods House, the guests will be fully responsible for any and all damages.

* How many bedrooms and bathrooms are on each floor? There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. The bed sizes are located on the Airbnb website. There are two bedrooms upstairs on the second floor, no bathrooms.

* How many people does the kitchen table sit? Four comfortably, you can seat six. There are four extra stools in the kitchen.

* Tip: There is central air in the house. The heat rises in the summer months and the upstairs can get warm. We have a fan that is beside the air conditioner vent to blow cool air in the hallway upstairs. Closing your bedroom door when you are out during the day will help keep your room cooler when you return.

* Tip: You are in the country, we recommend keeping the screen doors closed. If you prop the doors open, you may have an additional house guest in your party. Birds and bats will fly in the open doors. It doesn't happen all of the time, but it does happen. Critters will sometimes venture out of their comfort zones, so we just remind our guests to close the screen doors.

These are questions that some of our past guests have had. Our home is over 100 years old. It has been remodeled but it's not perfect. We welcome everyone. We've had many guests that have made memories and loved their country experience. We ask you to look over the images, read through all of the information and make a decision that is right for your family or group. If our rules offend you and you’re looking for perfection, this isn't the home for you. If you're looking for a great location, the comforts of home and a nice entertainment house for family indoor and outdoor games, we invite you to come stay. We would be excited to be your host.
