This distinct private home offers a luxury experience like no other. The first level offers a lavishly appointed kitchen as well as a 12-foot-high sliding glass wall with access to a balcony onlooking a friendly and vibrant neighborhood. Relax on a private roof deck with exclusive hot tub use and spectacular views of downtown and the surrounding area from 30 feet up. Mid-City is a wonderful neighborhood that is centrally located for access to all that New Orleans has to offer.

The space
New home: Construction was completed in 2019 so all amenities and building systems are new.

Multiple Stories: The 1st level contains the Kitchen and Dining areas along with a half bath and private balcony. There is a lower 2nd level (as seen above the Living Room) with the master bedroom and on-suite. There is an upper 2nd level with 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), a full bath, and laundry unit with a washer and dryer. There is a deck located on the roof.

Kitchen: Offers granite countertops throughout, an island which includes a large sink and garbage disposal, a dishwasher, built-in trash and recycling bins, and three-stool countertop seating. There is a large cooktop with downdraft, oven, microwave, and large semi-stocked refrigerator. Appliances included a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. All cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, standard cooking and cleaning supplies are included.

Front Balcony: A 3-panel 12-foot-high sliding glass wall (off the kitchen) provides amazing light and access to a private balcony with two teak chairs and a teak table.

Dining: A table with a built-in bench and 4 chairs will easily accommodate 8 people.

Coat Closet: In the front entry (in the cabinet to the left) is a closet with shoe storage below. An umbrella is provided.

Living Room: The 55” smart flat screen TV with remote provides access to Hulu with multiple sports, news, entertainment, and premium channels (HBO and Showtime) is included (live and streaming). Netflix and Amazon are installed for use with login by clients. A DVD Player is provided.

Bedrooms: There are 3 fully enclosed bedrooms. The master bedroom on the lower 2nd level has a king size bed and an on-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms (one king and one queen) on the upper 2nd level offer tall ceilings and plenty of storage space. All bedrooms include a full closet, ceiling fan, and full-length mirror. Linens, pillows, wooden hangers, laundry hampers, and luggage racks are provided.

Bathrooms: There are 2 ½ bathrooms in the home, one on each level. Towels, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, and hairdryers are provided. Extra toothbrushes and toothpaste are available.

Laundry: There is a large washer and dryer on the upper 2nd level. Laundry supplies including an iron and ironing board are provided.

Roof Deck: There is a roof deck, accessible only to this home, with spectacular tree-top views of the surrounding area and downtown. There is a large 6-person hot tub on the roof deck. Large beach towels are in the laundry unit.

Water: The entire home is equipped with an Aquasana water filtration system (including a UV filer). The water is safe and delicious and eliminates the need for bottled water.

Wi-Fi: Home has secure Wi-Fi located on the 1st level.

Parking: There is always street parking nearby and usually in front of the house, but there is no parking or driveway on the property.

Cleaning: The home is thoroughly cleaned using a professional cleaning service. We support locally-owned businesses.

Thermostats: The HVAC is a split system with individually controllable thermostats for each level.

Décor: The homeowners are well traveled and have filled the home with unique and beautiful pieces from China, India, Southeast Asia, and beyond.

Generator: There is a generator on the roof. If the power goes out in the neighborhood it will automatically turn on and restore full power to the home within seconds.

Mold free drywall: The drywall is paperless and therefore resistant to mold; there will never be a mold issue/odor in this home.

Mid-City is a very friendly neighborhood and is centrally located for quick access to anywhere in the city.
The home is really close to the Lafitte Greenway which is a linear park, great for biking, jogging and walking. It extends all the way to the French Quarter.
City Park is close by with Botanical Gardens, an Art Museum, Sculpture Garden, an Amusement Park and many Seasonal Events.
There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
