When you arrive either my partner or I will show you your rooms, bathrooms, and where the filtered water is hiding. We try to avoid knocking on your door, communicating through Airbnb messaging or text instead. My name is Maggie, I'm a very happy lady, a seeker of joy wherever it might show up. These days that means having loads of interesting people stay at my beloved house. Hospitality is so rewarding, it's wonderful to fill the space with sleepy people who've been on different adventures.
I lost many years of my life to an illness, I was homebound and bedridden. I never expected to get well, but Science and Medicine caught up with my ailment and I was able to heal (from brain damage) thanks to a brand new treatment.
So I'm playing a lot of catch up with my new life. I travel and go out dancing and work on this old house like I never could before.
I just began hosting for Airbnb in June of this year and I'm so glad this is part of my newfound health and energy
Hope to meet you soon!
