The new house of the Panorama residential estate, with an exploited roof, is a minute's walk from the Freedom Square. In the immediate vicinity are: Karl Marx Square, the Rostov Law Institute, the Research Institute of Oncology, the Hospital for War Veterans, Tz Progress, the Olympus-2 stadium.
